We are the only studio offering Bikram yoga in downtown New York City. At our Financial District location, you can take your body to the healthiest state possible by integrating the practice of yoga into your life. Work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body in the original 90 minute Bikram Yoga class in a controlled, heated room.

The series consists of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 Pranayama breathings. With a regular practice, these postures can help to heal old injuries and diseases and also prevent them in the future*.

These exercises are accessible to anyone with any level of fitness, condition or flexibility.

Intro to Yoga Workshop for Beginners!

We get that starting something new can be surprising! All our yogis get invited to a free Intro to Yoga Workshop designed for beginners or the curious to get a better understanding of the yoga led by senior Bikram Yoga teacher, Ulises Calatayud. We want to dedicate the time to actually make sure you understand this transformational practice! Any questions can be emailed to us before the workshop. After the workshop, join Ulises Calatyud, in his bikram yoga class right after at 6:30pm on Tuesdays.

It’s free of charge and only 45 mins on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month. No yoga clothes or mat needed.

NEW class - Pulse (tone & core)

What is Pulse? Simply put, it is all about Toning & Core work but it strengthens and build flexibility through a series of stretches and exercises that focuses on tight and problem areas. It is not a yoga class but instead, it will enhance your yoga practice! If you want to deepen your yoga practice and open up certain areas that need more work, this is the class for you!

Pulse is part of our flagship lifestyle program, Full Circle but we are opening this class to EVERYONE! Our standard rates apply to all classes we offer. This is YogaCare’s unique routine crafted by Gaby Medina – a top dancer, a Bikram yoga instructor and the co-creator of the Full Circle program.

These exercises are accessible to anyone with any level of fitness, condition or flexibility.
