MORE THAN JUST A YOGA CLASS

Full Circle Online is YogaCare’s 4-week lifestyle online program starting September 21st, 2020. It will allow you to understand what you CAN control during these uncertain times especially when we get comfortable with a new normal.

When we started the Full Circle Program 9 years ago, we never thought it would come to this – a virtual safe space for community and love that allows us to grow as human beings, better ourselves, learn new tools to cope with stress, fear, anxiety and be a better version of ourselves in the toughest of times like now. We want to equipped you with regularity in an uncertain new normal. We want to help as many people as we can feel at ease and in control with what we we can’t control, learning to lean into the fear and convert it into opportunity, success, health, breath and a life worth living.

WHAT WILL WE EXPLORE?

A Weekly Sacred Community Circle

The power of Sacred Circles is in holding the space for someone else. Even though we are sharing openly, there is no right or wrong in what needs to be shared. As always, the community we form during these Full Circles is special. And this time will be no different.

Breathing techniques & various styles of Meditation masterclasses with Ulises, YogaCare’s Founder

Weekly classes to better understand what we can control – our breath and our thoughts. These sessions will focus on how to make a shift in our mindset for the future.

A Weekly Satsang with Ulises

A satsang is typically a spiritual discourse or sacred gathering in community. This will allow us to go deeper into certain areas and have a Q&A in an open and honest way.

A Weekly Nutrition Webinar

Our in-house nutritionist and apuncturist, Amy Clemens, will be guiding all of us through the nutrition aspect of 4-week program and focusing on foods that can heal us, eating with the season and eating in a conscious and thoughtful way. This is not a diet, but rather a mindset for healthy living. We want you to feel good!

2 Nutrition Consultations with Nutritionist Amy

During these check ins one on one, it will be your time to ask Amy anything focusing on your nutrition.

Recommended weekly yoga schedule

3 – 4 yoga classes per week is encouraged. We will provide specific times but since we have a full yoga schedule online, pick something that works for you at your own time during the week with the current class offerings.

Weekly Cardio Class

We will get your heart racing and pumping with a once a week cardio class to tie it all in.

How will this be different? OH-SO-DIFFERENT. The power of the Full Circle and what accountability, encouragement and focus does to you not to mention with Ulises’s guidance, wisdom and teachings. Imagine having all that plus the group support NOW during this spring time for growth but more importantly, as we enter a “new normal” during the UNPAUSE of NYC.

HOW EXACTLY DOES THIS WORK?

The philosophy behind the program that encompasses everything in a seamless manner and that guides you to integrate everything, at the right time, in the best way possible is the key to this Full Circle. It is not possible to do the activities individually and achieve the same goal. Packaging it was the solution to integrate all. The design of the program is the real value of it.

It’s the combination of mind, body, and soul working in unison that will create this permanent change. It’s not a program you do just before summer vacation or a wedding – this is permanent and it actually works.

Are you seriously going to have me diet during the pandemic? .

    Diet? Never. Eat consciously, always

 

I have 90 cans of food and 6 bags of rice… can I work with this?

    We will eat what we have – just making better choices

    Are you seriously going to have me diet during the pandemic? .

          This seems like one more thing I have to worry about, can we just not do nutrition? This program we are going to focus much more on principals and eating the way many ancient cultures have prescribed.

     

    I’ve never done yoga before. Will Full Circle still work for me?

        • Absolutely. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Many Full Circle graduates begin with no yoga experience at all.

     

    I already do yoga and other exercise. Why would I join Full Circle, instead?

        • That’s great! You’re already making healthy choices. Full Circle brings it all under one roof with one fixed price. No more running around, trying to make it to various classes, and trying to make sense of conflicting advice from your trainers.

     

    I’ve tried boot camps before, and they never worked. How is Full Circle different?

        • Boot camps come and go and, in the end, don’t teach you how to maintain what you learn. Full Circle is an in-depth program that teaches you how to incorporate lifestyle changes that will bring out the best version of yourself.

     

    Will there be a lot of stuff to learn and memorize? I have enough on my plate as it is…

        • Nope. Full Circle makes it easy. You get to pick the time slot that works best with your schedule, and that’s it. Just show up, and we’ll take care of the rest.

     

    This sounds intense! Will I be doing this all by myself?

        • No way! We’re all better together. You’ll be part of a class – a group of students who are all going through the same things together. You’ll have challenges. You’ll have triumphs! And you’ll all share in them, together. By the end of the program, you’ll be part of a community.

     

    Is Full Circle available in other cities?
