We go through a series of breath exercises that will alleviate any stressful situation. Besides being more relaxed and focused you will leave with handy tools to center you before a big presentation or meeting
Yoga Nidra:
If you have never done a yoga nidra before, you need to get yourself to one of these sessions! It’s like a power nap but BETTER! You will feel rested and think clearly, just after 30 minutes. It is also called yogic sleep, it’s a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage
