BREATHING & MEDITATION

When you meditate you create silence in your head to listen to your inner voice without the filters created by our society and culture.

Breathing:
We go through a series of breath exercises that will alleviate any stressful situation. You can use these tools before a big presentation and it will energize you but also calm those nerves because let’s face it the first thing we do in a stressful situation is hold our breath! Dress code: We say comfortable but work clothes is absolutely fine too!

Meditation:
The types of meditation we do at YogaCare can be active, dynamic, mantras, calming and very powerful. No week is the same. Dress comfortably.

CLASS OPTIONS

We offer Deep Breathing every Monday at 6:30pm and Meditation every Saturday at 8am weekly.

For Companies – Corporate Packages where companies and their employees can benefit from a lunch time meditation and stretching after long hours at the desk. Get a first free trial on us at your office!

Private or Group – We can customize a session for you and your friends or a private session based on your needs.
