We go through a series of breath exercises that will alleviate any stressful situation. You can use these tools before a big presentation and it will energize you but also calm those nerves because let’s face it the first thing we do in a stressful situation is hold our breath! Dress code: We say comfortable but work clothes is absolutely fine too!
