Will I lose weight doing Full Circle?
- You bet you will. Full Circle students have lost as much as 30 pounds during the program while also gaining muscle mass.
I’ve never done yoga before. Will Full Circle still work for me?
- Absolutely. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Many Full Circle graduates begin with no yoga experience at all.

I’ve tried boot camps before, and they never worked. How is Full Circle different?

Will there be a lot of stuff to learn and memorize? I have enough on my plate as it is…
